Subcontractor Prequalification Instructions

To collaborate with Blacktech Solutions on a project, please review and submit the following items:
1. Complete Subcontractor Prequalification application (download below)

2. Copies of your licenses and MBE/other certifications if applicable
3. Current Certificate of Insurance
4. Bond if required

Feel free to include any notes where you believe additional information may assist in the review process.

To speed up the review, please combine all your documents into a single PDF file and upload it below, following the numbered order from the Pre-Qualification list above to organize your pages for submission.

Your submission will enter our review queue, and we will inform you via email about your submission status once it has been assessed. Please allow two to three weeks for this evaluation process.
